Sit and Be Fit is a perfect example for the elderly or someone unable to use their legs. The Doctors is a national television program featuring answers to many of your health issues and questions. You can even create your own personal program. After years of being an active individual, I needed to rehabilitate my body after incurring injuries and created a cross training program for myself. Isometrics, Yoga, Stretching, Walking, Bicycle Riding, and Silent Meditation are the basic elements of my "Joga" workout.
